Personal data we process
FTRPRF processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Here is an overview of the personal data we process: first and lastname; telephone number; email address.
Particular and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data of children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data of a minor without such consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then delete this information.
Purpose and grounds for processing personal data
FTRPRF processes your personal data for the following purposes: sending our newsletter and/or publicity brochure; contacting you by phone or email if necessary to carry out our services; informing you of changes made to our services and products.
FTRPRF does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. This refers to decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (e.g. an employee of FTRPF) being involved.
How long is personal data stored?
FTRPRF will not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
FTRPRF only provides data to third parties when it is necessary in order for us to fulfil the agreements made with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Viewing, correcting or removing data
You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability. This means you can request to have your collected personal data sent to you in a computer file, or to another organisation suggested by you. You can send a request for access, correction, removal, data transfer of your personal data; or a request to withdraw your consent; or an objection to the processing of your personal data to email@example.com. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card with the request. In this copy, blur out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the card), identity number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks.
How we secure your personal data
FTRPRF takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or that there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
