Personal data we process

FTRPRF processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Here is an overview of the personal data we process: first and lastname; telephone number; email address.

Particular and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data of children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data of a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@ftrprf.be. We will then delete this information.

Purpose and grounds for processing personal data

FTRPRF processes your personal data for the following purposes: sending our newsletter and/or publicity brochure; contacting you by phone or email if necessary to carry out our services; informing you of changes made to our services and products.

Automated decision-making

FTRPRF does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. This refers to decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (e.g. an employee of FTRPF) being involved.

How long is personal data stored?

FTRPRF will not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

FTRPRF only provides data to third parties when it is necessary in order for us to fulfil the agreements made with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
